We act as an intermediary and do not install solar systems or supply energy products ourselves. We do not provide professional advice or guarantee that you will be eligible for any rebate or incentive.

2.3 Eligibility and user obligations

• Eligibility: Our services are intended for Australian residents aged 18 or over who own or occupy a property and are interested in energy incentives. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when interacting with us and to update your information if it changes. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect your eligibility for energy incentives or the accuracy of quotes provided.
• Lawful use: You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable or impair our services. You must ensure that anyone accessing the site through your internet connection complies with these Terms.

3. Health Insurance Services

3.1 Nature of the service

Tucked is a health insurance comparison and lead generation service. We are not a health fund or registered insurer. We do not issue, underwrite or manage health insurance policies. Our role is to help you compare available cover options and connect you with authorised health insurance advisers.

3.2 Advice and authorised representatives

Health insurance advice accessible through Tucked is provided by Fair.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 36 639 318 380) and administered by The ItsMy Group (ABN 85 167 289 965). Both entities are signatories to the Private Health Insurance Intermediaries Code of Conduct.

3.3 Commission disclosure

Tucked may receive a commission from health funds when a policy is taken out following a referral through our service. This commission is paid by the health fund and does not affect the premium you pay. Premiums for comparable health insurance products are regulated and set by each fund.

3.4 General information only

Information on this site relating to health insurance is general in nature and does not constitute personal financial, medical or health advice. We do not take into account your individual circumstances, health needs or financial situation. 3.5 Waiting period portability

3.6 Your contract with health funds

Any health insurance policy you take out is a contract solely between you and the chosen health fund. Tucked is not a party to that contract and has no responsibility for the terms, conditions or performance of any policy issued by a health fund. Any disputes about your cover should be directed to the health fund or the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman.
